24 Aug Creative AI sells 100% of the share capital to Creative Words
Creative AI announced today that it has sold 100% of the share capital to Creative Words, a translation service provider based in Genoa.
After co-founding the startup with two partners in 2021, Diego Cresceri, also founder of Creative Words, acquires all stock in Creative AI, with the aim of adding data for AI to the Creative Words’ service offering.
What is going to change?
The two companies have been working side by side from the start, with Creative AI supporting data for AI projects for Creative Words.
The change of ownership, while keeping Creative AI’s status of innovative startup as well as its team, will allow for more synergies and the release of more resources to Creative AI.
Creative AI will be able to complete the incubation path with Digital3, a Genoa-based accelerator listed among the authorized Italian innovation hubs, and will still be open to external investors.
Since its founding, Creative AI has worked on developing proprietary technology to streamline data collection, annotation and validation, including a mobile app available on the main app stores, serving customer worldwide with the provision of text, audio and video data to train artificial intelligence algorithms.
